SCC approves expansion of solarand energy storage and storage projects for Dominion

RICHMOND, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -(CBS19 NEWS) – Dominion Energy has received approval for a major expansion of solar and storage energy projects.

The construction of Dominion’s Dominion project is anticipated to bring an estimated $880million of economic benefits throughout Virginia and create more than 4,200 jobs.

The release states that the projects are scheduled to be completed by 2022 or 2023.

The company is also predicted to add approximately $1.13 to the average residential consumer cost.
